Berkay Bektürk is a designer trained in interior architecture. In 2019, Bektürk completed a master’s thesis at Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University, Interior Architecture Program, examining how the fetish object takes shape in the relationship between the individual and space. In 2021, Bektürk published an article on how the temples and pyramids of ancient Egypt became fetish objects within the body–space relationship.
