Selma Şahin is an artist and academic working in printmaking. As of 2019, Şahin is an assistant professor at Kütahya Dumlupınar University's Faculty of Fine Arts. Şahin researches the development of Turkish printmaking and in 2019 published an article examining the contributions of Aliye Berger, Nevide Gökaydın, and Mürşide İçmeli to this art.
