Seydi Murat Koç

Born in Akşehir in 1981, Seydi Murat Koç entered the Painting Program at Marmara University in 1998, graduated in 2002, and completed a master's degree at the same university in 2006. Koç works as a lecturer at Doğuş University. To date, Koç has held 19 solo exhibitions and taken part in more than 200 national and international group exhibitions. Koç has received 18 awards, including RH+sanat magazine's “Young Painter of 2005” and the Achievement Award at the 70th State Painting and Sculpture Competition (2010). Seydi Murat Koç works in a private studio in Moda, Istanbul.
